Digital Transitions will also build a per incident based system (5 incidents minimum) based on a 1 (one) year term. This system can be catered to cover any of the following post deployment technologies:
• Active Directory Integration
• XSAN Troubleshooting and Deployment
• Open Directory Architecture and troubleshooting (Kerberos, OD, Authentication and Password Services)
• Mail Services (Backup / Restore / Troubleshooting)
• Imaging and Netboot deployments
• General Server / Computer operations (AFP / SMB / VPN / Web / DHCP / DNS / iCal / etc)
• Incidents are paid in full in advance and expire one (1) year after date of purchase.
• Per incident basis items are only based on remote (email / phone ) help. Any onsite requirements will be charged at the regular rate.
• This type of support package is designed to co-exist and enhance existing extended support such as Apple's AppleCare or Tandbergs 5X9 support. Our support packages are meant to be used during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.). Any after hours or weekend requirements may incur an additional added cost.
